hubby-j's friday fact


"If you can't play defence it is not a sport."

Hubby-j grew up in Canada and loves ice hockey. It has driven him crazy that the Australian coverage of the Winter Olympics shows virtually no ice hockey, plenty of ice dancing but NO hockey. This is why this friday's fact has become his mantra.

    (Mantra is the right word as I have heard him say it at least 1000 times in the last two days - at least 999 of those to me!)

    I think he has a very good point.
    Ice dancing is 'dancing'- is that a sport ?
    If it is, I should win some gold medals for my spectacular ' drunk mama dancing'

    i think he has a point too, but personally i LOVE the ice dancing...
