early bird bugs

I've been up since 4.30am. Hubby-j is leaving for work. I would like to be sleeping but it is impossible not to run through the million things I'll have to do once the girl gets up. I'm on the daycare run today and one down at the store.

I'm trying to minimize the sound of my notoriuosly loud typing. As some out there would know once littlies are up they are UP!!! (in a big way)

Since I have been lurking around blogs for a few months (I apologise for not de-lurking myself earlier), I have been trying different craft ideas that I have when I have time. My flickr flash button shows some of them. This black & white bug was an idea that I used some fabric scraps for. I thought it was OK if not a little fiddly

Thought I would take a few pics of a second bug I did for my mum, maybe posting them will get me motivated to complete the others... (sorry for shot quality my camera doesn't do close-ups too well)

Just turned 6.00. The routine has to start now or I will never get to work. The day has begun!
