Recipe from here - 
 a loose mixture of both 
Additions this time round - (definately NOT the diet version!)
- 2 cups of coconut chips
 - 1 cup of banana chips
 - extra dates
 - dried cranberries and dried cherries
 - less sultanas
 - 100g macadamias
 - 1 cup of pepitas
 - 2 cups of rolled rye (6 cups of oats makes 8 cups grains total)
 - 2-3 extra cups of mixed raw nuts
 - less oil, less honey and no carob or flax
 
Whew! - I think that is most of the modifications (roughly anyway)
I don't know why I pull out the book each time because I change it so much it is ridiculous.
